The Club · Members only

Where San Antonio’s founders and builders find their room.

The third floor mid-session: a full room at long wooden tables and orange and yellow chairs, a speaker at the front, windows along the far wall.

Opening

Geekdom’s Club is a members-only community for the people building San Antonio’s next generation of companies and technologies.

Ritual activities like build sessions, tech talks, fireside chats, and socials create new connections. Member-only channels keep the community connected beyond the room.

Our downtown San Antonio clubhouse offers space to drop-in for focused work, meetings, coffee chats, and events in the historic Rand Building on Houston Street.

It’s not coworking. It’s not an accelerator. It’s a community powered by its mix of people, activities, and a clubhouse on the third floor of the Rand.

The rhythm

A month in the Club

The Club runs on a monthly rhythm of programming — socials, meetups, office hours, build sessions — plus special events open to members first.

Beyond the space, we’re building the online layer too: a member Slack, a directory, and a portal so the community keeps working when you’re not in the building.

The third floor from the back: pendant lamps, exposed ductwork, tall windows onto downtown San Antonio, and a full audience at long tables facing a panel.

Who the Club is for

The bar is generosity.

The bar isn’t impressiveness. It’s generosity.

We’re looking for people who show up for the community, not just for themselves.

Our members are eclectic. Engineers, tinkerers, founders, investors, tech workers, students, senior operators—builders of all breeds. We lean into a give first culture where everyone is willing to help the person next to them. We show up with curiosity, ambition, and a belief that no good idea gets built alone.

A good fit

  • Aspiring and current founders
  • Engineers, developers, creators, technical builders
  • Operators and investors working with scalable, high-growth companies
  • Startup service providers whose work is oriented around startups
  • Innovators looking to up their game with other ambitious and interesting people
  • Corporate and civic leaders who want a hand in San Antonio’s innovation economy

The clubhouse

The third floor is where the Club lives.

A place you come to do your best thinking, have your most important conversations, and be around people who raise your game — in the historic The Rand Building downtown, where San Antonio builders have been gathering for over a decade.

Two members talking over coffee by the third-floor windows, with downtown San Antonio's towers behind them.
